Job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Print Production & Apparel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine of our shop—taking approved custom graphic designs and physically bringing them to life on t-shirts, hoodies, and more.


Responsibilities

  • Apparel Printing & Production: Safely and efficiently operate our state-of-the-art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) digital printers, Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer systems, and heavy-duty heat presses....
  • Quality Control: Inspect blank garments for defects before printing, monitor alignment during the print process, and review finished products to ensure vibrant colors and flawless execution before customer pickup.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Unpack incoming freight, verify packing slips against invoices, organize and fold apparel, and keep our retail shelves fully stocked.
  • Daily Machine Maintenance: Perform critical, routine cleaning and maintenance on printing equipment to keep everything running smoothly and prevent downtime.
  • Store & Workflow Management: Track order statuses using our internal workflow software, meet tight daily deadlines, and maintain a pristine, organized production area.
  • Team & Customer Support: Enthusiastically assist the storefront team by greeting walk-in clients, answering phones, or loading/unloading orders into customer vehicles as needed.


Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in apparel decoration, heat pressing, DTG/DTF printing, screen printing, or retail production is a major plus, but we will train the right person with a phenomenal work ethic.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and operating proprietary computer software and specialized machinery.
  • Obsessive Attention to Detail: The ability to catch a tiny smudge, a crooked placement, or a mismatched shirt size before it goes to a client.
  • Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and take pride in meeting deadlines.
