Their responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting data flows to ensure smooth information exchange. By working part time, they may provide flexible support for ongoing projects, upgrades, or specific integration needs, often collaborating with HR, IT, and other business teams. This role typically requires experience with Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and relevant programming or scripting languages.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time Workday Integration Developer?

To thrive as a Part Time Workday Integration Developer, you need expertise in software development, experience with Workday Studio, and a solid understanding of HRIS and integration concepts, typically supported by a relevant degree or certifications. Familiarity with Workday-specific integration tools, XML, XSLT, web services, and possibly Workday Integration certification are commonly required. These skills are vital for developing and maintaining seamless integrations that support HR processes and business operations.

How do part time Workday Integration Developers typically manage collaboration and communication with full time team members?
