Summit Home Care and Hospice is searching for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. At Summit, we’re committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services in the comfort of our patients' homes to positively impact quality of life by redefining the delivery of care.

Marketing Manager:

  • Work Setting: In-Office, Remote and Travel as Needed to Events & Other Office Locations

  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/Year

Job Summary:

Summit Home Care & Hospice is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies across our Ohio and Indiana locations. This role is responsible for growing brand awareness, supporting referral growth, strengthening community relationships, and managing digital and traditional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader with experience in digital advertising, social media, website management, campaign analytics, community outreach, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that support growth, referrals, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Manage digital advertising, media buying, social media, SEO/SEM, website content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with business development, clinical, and operational leaders to support referral source engagement.
  • Oversee website performance, WordPress updates, hosting, domains, SEO, and vendor coordination.
  • Plan and support community events, sponsorships, health fairs, and outreach initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, referral trends, website traffic, social media engagement, and ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members while promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Evaluate and use AI-enabled marketing tools to improve targeting, automation, reporting, and efficiency.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
  • Healthcare, home health, hospice, post-acute care, senior care, or related service experience preferred.
  • Design experience using Canva, Adobe creative suite, Visme, etc.
  • Experience managing multi-location marketing initiatives and paid media budgets.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, website hosting, Google Business Profiles, digital advertising, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, analytics tools, and AI-enabled marketing technologies.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
