What Youโ€™ll Do:

ยท Responsible for the timely completion of all maintenance service requests and regular maintenance as assigned - may include painting, appliance repairs, replacing or repairing flooring, cleaning, replace window coverings, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, minor electrical

ยท Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations

ยท Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled

ยท Grounds work - may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping

ยท Responsible for alerting Community Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur

ยท Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
