What's your day like?

As a Full Time Lead Educator at Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, your daily responsibilities will revolve around creating and delivering engaging educational programs for visitors of all ages. Youโ€™ll lead interactive presentations, workshops, and guided tours, ensuring participants leave with a deeper understanding of wildlife conservation. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse team to develop innovative curricula that align with our mission and core values. Expect to manage educational materials, coordinate volunteer efforts, and evaluate program effectiveness to continually enhance our offerings.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and informative environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and fostering a culture of curiosity and inquiry. Your ability to adapt to the needs of diverse audiences will be key in promoting a high-performance atmosphere that inspires learning and stewardship of the natural world.

Would you be a great Guest Experience Lead Educator?

Under the leadership of the Director of Conservation Education and Education Assistant Manager, the Guest Experience Lead is responsible for the development and facilitation of guest engagement daily operations and programs for the Johnny Morris Foundation. Responsible for training and supporting education staff, teen volunteers, and adult volunteers in interpretative techniques and programs throughout the facility relating to the foundation's mission. This includes organizing the docent volunteers, WOLF job program, dive shows, inhouse conservation events, etc. The Guest Engagement Coordinator will also develop and lead training experiences and evaluations for guest
engagement team members who lead interpretive programs.
