One common challenge is managing a fluctuating caseload while ensuring each client receives adequate attention and care. Effective time management, clear communication with team members, and staying organized are essential strategies. Collaborating closely with dietitians, social workers, and clerical staff also helps streamline workflows and ensures comprehensive support for participants.
