THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR WELLNESS PROGRAMS SALES CONSULTANT

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.


YOUR ROLE:

As our Wellness Programs Sales Consultant, you'll guide prospective clients through the enrollment process by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate wellness program options. Your responsibilities include following up with leads through multiple channels, maintaining an organized pipeline, and working toward established goals. You will also build client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals while collaborating with team members to support internal promotions and overall program growth.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
  • Experience engaging prospects, handling objections, and confidently closing sales

A proven track record of exceeding goals, a high-energy personality, strong collaboration skills, a coachable mindset, and experience in consultative or wellness sales are preferred.
