About the Role:
Copper Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional Wellness Nurse Practitioner to lead and grow our comprehensive wellness program. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate healthcare provider to become the trusted leader in our patients' long-term health, vitality, and well-being.
As the clinical leader of our wellness program, you will take a highly personalized, holistic approach to patient care, helping individuals feel their best and achieve their long-term health goals. From hormone optimization and weight management to peptides, preventive care, and other innovative wellness therapies, you will guide patients through a personalized health journey designed around their unique needs.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional wellness, preventative health, longevity, and personalized medicine and who thrives in a patient-centered, elevated clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical direction and growth of Copper Aesthetics' wellness program.
  • Serve as a trusted wellness partner, guiding patients through personalized health journeys focused on hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapies, longevity, and preventative wellness.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical histories, physical examinations, and health assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and laboratory results.
  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care, including ordering and interpreting labs, performing procedures, and conducting laboratory draws as clinically appropriate.
  • Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and strategies to support long-term health and wellness.
  • Build strong, trusting patient relationships while delivering an exceptional, elevated clinical experience.
  • Stay current with emerging research, therapies, and innovations in wellness, longevity, hormone health, and preventative medicine.
  • Help shape and expand the wellness program through the development of new services, protocols, and patient experiences.
