Overview

Kitchen Utility Position - Part-Time

RiverWoods is seeking a Part Time Dishwasher to join our culinary team and support our resident-centered dining experience. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Location: Exeter, NH

Schedule: Varied shifts, averaging 24 hours per week.

Compensation: $16.50/hr or more DOE

Responsibilities
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Transport clean and dry tableware to designated storage areas in dining rooms and kitchens
  • Clean work areas, steam tables, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with basic food preparation, such as cutting, peeling, and washing produce (as permitted by state youth labor laws)
  • Remove kitchen garbage and maintain waste areas
  • Sweep and mop floors thoroughly at the end of each shift
  • Follow daily sanitation and cleaning schedules
  • Check in and stock groceries
  • Discard broken or chipped glassware after showing the items to the Sous Chef
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for special functions; deliver food and supplies to various areas as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
