Warehouse Associate - Part-Time WEEKEND
From $18 an hour
Schedule: PART-TIME 7a-4p Saturday and Sunday
Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Location: Ellabell, GA

We are growing our team and have immediate openings for part-time Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for but not limited to loading and unloading trucks, putting up inventory, inventory control, pulling customer orders, shipping and receiving. Must have a strong commitment to safety standards, knowledge of Forklift operations and must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
Must be able to work a 4 or 5 hour shift Monday - Friday OR a Saturday and Sunday shift, 6a-3p or 7a-4p
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Quickly & accurately pull customer orders using first in first out (FIFO) method
โ€ข Receive, off-load and breakdown incoming shipments
โ€ข Count and reconcile incoming shipments against vendor packing slips
โ€ข Ensure date coding on incoming product
โ€ข Transport finished goods from Converting area to the Warehouse
โ€ข Safely and quickly package customer orders within a 99.9% accuracy rate
โ€ข Distribute product to warehouse bins in compliance with first in first out (FIFO) rotational procedures
โ€ข Reposition bulk and overflow skids per FIFO procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
โ€ข Load and unload trucks
โ€ข Stage order for shipment
โ€ข Accurately document customer orders
โ€ข Ship orders using UPS or FedEx shipping system
โ€ข Restock shelves as well as organize how and where product is stored
โ€ข Assist with inventory control and annual inventory process
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
โ€ข High School Diploma
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข Basic math skills and computer data entry skills
โ€ข At least one (1) year experience operating a forklift; Ability to be certified within 90 days of start date
โ€ข Ability to meet/maintain the physical requirements of the position such as bending, stooping, climbing, etc.
โ€ข Ability to lift and move objects up to 80 lbs. regularly
โ€ข Must be able to adapt to job duties, department and schedule changes
โ€ข Must be able to meet and maintain production quota
