Position – Part-Time Weekend Customer Care Specialist

Job Location – Menomonie, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Long-Term Temporary

Employment Type – Part-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Must be available to work occasional holidays as needed.)

Starting Pay – $16.00 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma or equivalent required

Required Experience – Previous customer service experience preferred; strong computer and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, live chat, and online marketplace messaging.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, products, pricing, discounts, returns, customization, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Contact customers to obtain missing order information, verify payment details, or clarify order requests.
• Work closely with internal departments, including Production, Shipping, IT, and other teams to resolve order issues.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information within company systems.
• Review customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.
• Communicate important order updates and shift information with fellow Customer Care team members.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, customization options, and company policies.
• Assist with special projects including product updates, return processing, product page improvements, and product preparation for photography.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable communicating through phone, email, chat, and online messaging platforms.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Dependable, professional, and motivated to learn.
• Able to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Professional office environment with occasional exposure to a production and warehouse setting.
• Regular use of computers, phones, printers, and other standard office equipment.
• Frequent sitting and computer work throughout the shift.
• Regular use of hands for keyboarding and mouse operation.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, climb stairs, and communicate with team members and customers.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and move office supplies or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
