Job Overview: 

As a Valet Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents and provides guidance and assistance to meet the needs of residents, tenants and guests as well as park owner, guest and associate vehicles in the garage utilizing the garage car elevator.

This role will work Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm-11pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet and open the doors for residents and
  • Park owner, guest and associate cars utilizing the garage car elevators
  • Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
  • Assist homeowners in and out of vehicles as well as all valet requests
  • Communicate regularly with concierge regarding important resident information
  • Provide directions to local parks, restaurants, airports,
  • Call for taxi, limo service as needed
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by Association and company policy
  • Proactively assist with packages and
  • Report maintenance or cleaning requirements to management
  • Assist concierge during busy periods and break times, as needed
  • Assist with trash removal as needed
  • Assist with dog walking for residents, as
  • Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or management
  • Assist with snow shoveling and ice melt application
  • Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Valid drivers’ license and satisfactory driving record
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.00/hour
