Front Desk Bartender (Sales & Guest Experience)

Drybar Fredericksburg – Part-Time

Weekend Availability Required

Drybar Fredericksburg is hiring an energetic, peopleloving Bartender (front desk + sales). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and love sales, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you are the first and last impression for every guest. You’ll manage check-ins, drive sales, support stylists, and help deliver the signature Drybar experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out
  • Educate clients on memberships, add-ons, and styling products
  • Drive sales of retail, tools, and memberships
  • Manage phones, appointments, and POS transactions
  • Support shop flow and assist stylists with timing and client pairing
  • Serve complimentary beverages and maintain a fun, bar-like atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop and retail displays
  • Restock, merchandise, and assist with inventory tasks
  • Uphold Drybar standards and core values
  • Attend mandatory shop meetings
  • Train new Bartenders when assigned
