Essential Duties:

  • Cleaning of common areas such as waiting rooms, elevator lobbies, conference rooms, offices, public restrooms.
  • Removal of trash and cardboard.
  • Ensure the facility remains clean and organized.
  • Ensure restrooms are tidy and sanitized.
  • Ensure all areas are tidy, furniture organized and clean for public.
  • Disinfect and clean commonly touched areas routinely throughout the shift.
  • Inspect facility for required maintenance and create service requests as needed.
  • Maintain a clean workspace.
  • Help out in other areas of the facility when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. for short distances
  • Maintain professional appearance and wear designated uniforms/conform to dress code
  • Must pass background check.
