• Competitive per-visit rates: $20.00 – $26.00
• Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for staff using personal vehicles for patient visits.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time weekend Hospice CNA to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care, comfort, and emotional support to patients and families. Hospice experience is preferred, but a caring, proactive, and team-oriented mindset is just as important. You’ll be supported by an interdisciplinary team while enjoying the autonomy to structure your day and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.

Requirements:
EDUCATION: Certified with PA state licensure.
EXPERIENCE: We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a meaningful impact. Home health experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to share more about this rewarding field with candidates who are excited to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and families, and the professionalism to coordinate care with our team. Excellent organization and time management skills are also essential, as you’ll have the autonomy to plan your schedule and balance multiple priorities throughout the day.
