Support Smooth Shipping and Logistics as an Expogistics (Logistics) Associate
Are you ready to help coordinate and manage seamless logistics for world-class events? The Expo Group is seeking an Expogistics Associate to assist with tracking, billing, and ensuring the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments. This hybrid, part-time role based in our Irving, TX office, plays a critical part in delivering top-notch exhibitor and attendee experiences.
In this role, you will:
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions using Excel and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate schedules with team members and carriers to ensure consistency.
  • Inspect inbound shipment conditions on-site to confirm readiness before exhibitor move-in.
  • Operate the service desk during events to ensure freight is labeled and processed correctly.
  • Communicate with exhibitors regarding freight status throughout transit.
  • Travel to local show sites as needed and occasionally out of town.
