Job description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) network specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia in Cincinnati, OH and we are seeking a licensed Pediatric Dentist to join a collaborative surgical team dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, accessible care.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical professionals in a close-knit ASC environment.

Schedule: Part-Time (1-2 days per week)| No Call | No Weekends | No Holidays

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, high-quality care for pediatric and special needs patients
  • Perform dental restorative and exodontia procedures in an ASC setting
  • Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
  • Collaborate closely with the anesthesia and surgical team to support positive patient outcomes
  • Maintain a patient-centered approach focused on safety, quality, and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Pediatric Dentist with appropriate state dental licensure
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Board Certification strongly preferred
  • Comfortable practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional pediatric patient care
