Job description

Job Title:        Part-Time Digital Products Coordinator
Department:  Digital Media
Reports To:    Digital Products Manager
SUMMARY
The Digital Products Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation and ongoing improvement of the Seattle Seahawks’ owned and operated digital platforms, including Seahawks.com, Buy.Seahawks.com, Suites.Seahawks.com, the Seahawks Mobile App and future digital products.
This role helps design, build and maintain web experiences that engage fans, support digital marketing initiatives and drive business goals. Responsibilities include managing website updates, building privacy-compliant data collection activations, supporting ecommerce and interactive experiences and contributing to accessibility, SEO and emerging digital platforms. This position plays a key role in the personalization, compliance and ongoing management of the team’s digital platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Execute the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization’s owned and operated web platforms
  • Update websites using various content management systems (CMS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness when designing page wireframes, building and editing landing pages and publishing campaigns
  • Build and maintain first-party data collection methods in compliance with legal, privacy and data protection standards ensuring fan data can be leveraged to deliver the right message, at the right time, on the right channel through personalized 1:1 communications
  • Partner with the Business Strategy and Analytics team to implement and maintain web measurement standards that surface actionable insights, use data to inform content decisions, fan journeys and ongoing platform optimization
  • Execute data privacy platform updates in partnership with Legal and Privacy team
  • Support the development and maintenance of digital fan experiences, including ecommerce products, free-to-play games, interactive modules and event registration
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors on digital initiatives such as product enhancements, feature updates and creative executions
  • Contribute to digital product accessibility and search engine optimization efforts, ensuring platforms comply with ADA/WCAG standards and content is optimized and discoverable. Be a knowledge resource for others executing editorial content
  • Collaborate with editorial and content teams to ensure digital content is optimized, accessible, discoverable and follows established metadata and tagging standards
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in digital design, front end web development, digital marketing or similar course work)
  • Background in front end web development, website design and development, graphic design or UI/UX design, required
  • Professional experience using website back-end content management systems. DeltaTre Pocket, Webflow, Shopify, YinzCam and Formstack, preferred
  • Experience with digital platform personalization and understanding of current data privacy requirements
  • Background in user experience, user interface design, information architecture and front-end web development
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite with above average knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work traditional office hours and willingness to work non-traditional hours and some weekends as needed
  • Interest and experience in the sports industry is a plus
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks at once with great attention to detail, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
