Position: Web Development Intern
Department: Creative Services
Reporting to: Web Design Art Director
Time: Part Time, 15-25 hours/week
Overview:

Are you looking for a fast-paced opportunity to build real-world experience in front-end web development? Our Web Experience Team is looking for an intern to help maintain, update, and support client websites across WordPress and Webflow environments.

This internship focuses on hands-on website production, front-end implementation, CMS management, QA testing, and ongoing website support for financial advisor marketing websites. You’ll work directly with experienced developers, designers, and systems specialists on live production websites used by businesses across the country.

What you’ll do:
  • Update and maintain live client websites in WordPress and Webflow
  • Implement content revisions and front-end updates on websites in production
  • Assist with responsive layout adjustments and mobile optimization
  • Support ongoing website QA testing and troubleshooting
  • Process website-related service requests through our ticketing system
  • Work with CMS content, page builders, and reusable website components
  • Assist with HTML email updates and formatting
  • Help maintain website accessibility, usability, and performance standards
  • Collect and review website analytics and performance data
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and operations staff on ongoing projects
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflows and user experience
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience you’ll bring:
