We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and has experience designing complex web applications, online marketplaces, or job boards.

About the Role

As our UI/UX Designer, you will own the user experience across our healthcare job platform. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and leadership to create intuitive workflows that improve engagement, increase employer conversions, and make it easier for healthcare professionals to find their next career opportunity.

You'll help shape everything from job search and application flows to employer dashboards, candidate profiles, messaging, onboarding, and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our healthcare job platform.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centered design solutions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Improve the experience for:

  • Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

  • Use analytics and user feedback to optimize usability and engagement.
  • Stay current on UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern web application or SaaS design.
  • Expert proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with developers in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing job boards, recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent marketplaces, or other two-sided marketplaces.
  • Experience with healthcare, HR technology, staffing, or recruiting software.
  • Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer workflows.
  • Understanding of user behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and registration funnels.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
Nice to Have
  • Experience improving user engagement and conversion rates through UX optimization.

Compensation
