Job description

The Return Mail Associate is responsible forquality checking and assemblingthe return mailinformationtoefficiently process therejectedmailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy the deadlines of our clients while upholdinga high levelof quality and commitment toMoore RMG.

Your Impact:
  • Payattention to detail as the return mail is the last department before the mail leaves the building.
  • Communication with account managers as items are mistakenly placed in the return mail department.
  • Sorting incoming return mail depending on reason for return and checks or credit cards.
  • Folding letters, matching documents and checks and placing them in an envelope tobe mailed to donors.
  • Performs other duties asrequired.
Your Profile:
  • 2yearsofclericalexperiencepreferred.

  • Ability to maneuver between departmentsminimum of 100 feet,maximum of 600 feet at a time.This would be 10% of the time.
  • Ability toremainon production floor until breaktimes.
  • Ability to be at a desk 90% of the time.
  • Ability to lift 10lbs.
