Job description

We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Part-Time Janitor for a dedicated Weekly account. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, supplementary work with the potential for additional hours as our company expands in the area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our client's facility.

Schedule:

  • Five Days Per Week: Mon - Friday (6 pm-9:30 pm)
  • We are actively looking to acquire more accounts in the local area, which may lead to additional shift opportunities for qualified and reliable team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks to ensure the building is maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
  • Execute heavy cleaning duties, including but not limited to, scrubbing floors, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets.
  • Safely operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Organize and maintain custodial storage areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and accessible.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during shifts.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
