Position Summary
The Part-Time Warehouse Specialist supports daily distribution operations by assisting with both inbound (receiving/putaway) and outbound (order selecting/staging) functions. This flexible role ensures product moves efficiently and accurately through the warehouse, depending on daily workload. Team members may be assigned to order picking, staging, or putaway tasks based on business needs. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours and may be scheduled between 7 AM and 10 PM.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving & Putaway
    • Unload, verify, and document inbound shipments.
    • Move products to assigned storage locations using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
    • Ensure inventory is stored safely, labeled clearly, and organized according to company standards.
  • Order Selecting & Staging
    • Pick customer orders accurately from designated locations using pick tickets or RF scanners.
    • Build and wrap pallets or stage orders for outbound shipping.
    • Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities before release.
  • General Warehouse Support
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
    • Report inventory discrepancies or product damage promptly.
    • Participate in daily team huddles and follow shift goals set by warehouse leads.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to train on forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet during 4–6 hour shifts.
  • Flexible availability between 7 AM and 10 PM, including weekdays and occasional weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to support wherever needed.
