The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester-a place where young people ages 8-18 come to build friendships, learn teamwork, and develop strong character through fun, structured social recreation has an amazing opportunity for you to volunteer in our Games Room. As a volunteer, you'll support our team in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where every young person feels included and encouraged.
Requirements
Part-Time • School Year & Summer • Ages 8-18 Youth Programs
From board games and tournaments to group activities and creative challenges, the Games Room is where fun and learning meet. We offer flexible, part-time volunteer shifts during both the school year and summer, 1-5 days a week:
  • School Year: Afternoons, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Summer: Daytime, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    You would help in:
  • Assist staff in running games, activities, and social recreation programs
  • Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
  • Encourage cooperation, sportsmanship, and healthy peer relationships
  • Support youth in developing interpersonal skills and confidence
  • Contribute to a space where fun and personal growth go hand in hand
