Part-Time Visiting Lecturer in Drawing, Department of Visual Arts

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Department of Visual Arts at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach 2 courses during the academic year 2026-27 to begin in August 2026.

This position consists of two (2) courses in drawing fundamentals (one course per semester). Candidates must have previous undergraduate teaching experience and scholarly achievement demonstrated by an active exhibition record and must hold an MFA or equivalent degree. There are no employee benefits associated with this part-time visiting faculty appointment. Compensation for teaching one course in each semester is $16,000.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching and inclusive pedagogies as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
