Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Premium Lead will oversee the VIP experience at The Dome, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations within premium areas. This role involves supervising VIP staff, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$35.00.

  • Guest Experience Management: Ensure VIP guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage VIP suite servers and hosts, providing training and guidance to maintain service excellence.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Event Oversight: Monitor VIP areas during events, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring compliance with venue policies.
  • Sales and Upselling: Implement suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and venue policies.

  • Prior experience in upscale dining or VIP service environments, preferably within high-capacity music venues or event spaces.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage pairings, and familiarity with multi-level venue layouts.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
