Job description


We are seeking Video Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Video Content Creator, you will capture and produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. Your cinematography, camera operation, and editing expertise will be instrumental in telling compelling stories and engaging audiences. You will work closely with our marketing, communications, and creative departments to ensure our video projects meet their goals and expectations.

A successful candidate must be able to:

  • Plan, shoot, and directed various video projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, product demonstrations, interviews, event coverage, and social media content.

  • Operate a range of professional video cameras, lenses, and equipment to capture visually appealing footage that meets our quality standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and project plans to ensure efficient and effective shoots.

  • Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment for optimal sound and visual quality during video shoots.

  • Utilize industry-standard video editing software to edit and enhance raw footage, create seamless transitions, add graphics, effects, and music, and produce final videos that resonate with the target audience.

  • Manage post-production processes for various platforms and formats, including color grading, sound mixing, and overall video optimization.

  • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand's guidelines, voice, and messaging to maintain consistency across all platforms.

  • Regularly inspect, maintain, and update video equipment for optimal performance and longevity.

  • Keep abreast of the latest video production techniques, equipment, and trends, and continually implement best practices to improve video quality and storytelling.

  • Work closely with other creative and marketing team members to align video content with overall marketing and communication strategies.

  • All other duties assigned.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in operating various video cameras, DSLRs, lenses, stabilizers, and other equipment related to video production.

  • Solid understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and related post-production processes.

  • Knowledge of lighting techniques, audio recording, and video composition principles.

  • Up to date understanding of advertising video creatives, and able to tailor video creatives to engage a advertising audience.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, taking initiative and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and willingness to travel for on-location shoots, if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and professional video projects.
