Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values quality, professionalism, and compassion in every aspect of their work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and will take pride in developing meaningful programs that drive measurable progress. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

As a BCBA with Great Heights, youโ€™ll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule and the flexibility to determine the hours needed to provide the highest standard of care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
    Conduct assessments and design treatment plans tailored to each childโ€™s unique needs, collaborating closely with families to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes.
  • Implement and Monitor Interventions
    Use evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness and sustainability of progress.
  • Evaluate Progress and Adjust Plans
    Review ongoing data to assess client progress, modifying treatment plans and interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and Train Staff
    Provide leadership and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment integrity and professional development.
  • Collaborate and Communicate
    Maintain clear and compassionate communication with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success.
Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required)
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals exhibiting severe behavior challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bilingual (preferred, not required)

This position requires participation in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training provided by Great Heights. This training involves physical components and requires average physical fitness.
