The health services that became the Anthony L Jordan Health Corporation (Jordan Health) began more than 100 years ago, in 1904. As one of the first 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) established in the nation, its roots are steeped in service to those who face barriers to health and health care, meeting their need for comprehensive medical, dentistry, behavioral health, and community services. Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants of Rochester, NY and in Canandaigua, N.Y.
Jordan Health is now seeking a RN Urgent Care who, under the guidance of the RN Practice Manager, is primarily responsible for providing high quality, patient centered care to patients of all ages in the urgent care setting including patients that are linked to Jordan Health primary care and those who are not.

Requirements
The RN Urgent Care will ensure that:
โ€ข Jordan Health patients and non-Jordan Health patients receive high quality, consistent, competent, patient-centered care.
โ€ข Patients will be triaged accordingly for emergent and non-emergent needs.
โ€ข Jordan Health Urgent Care financial and regulatory objectives are supported.
โ€ข Jordan Health strategic objectives and key programs are supported and developed.
Education And Experience Required:
โ€ข 1 year of nursing experience required.
โ€ข Preferred experience in urgent care, emergency department, pediatrics, or OB/GYN.
Licenses And Certifications:
โ€ข Valid Registered Nurse licensure in New York State with no negative actions.
โ€ข Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
โ€ข Infection Control Certification.
Special Skills, Knowledge Required:
โ€ข Strong computer skills.
โ€ข Excellent customer service skills both phone and in person.
โ€ข Ability to work well with others in a multi-disciplinary team.
โ€ข Ability to organize and multi-task.
