Duties:
  • Performs basic office duties such as filing, deliveries, and answering the phones.
  • Assists visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Performs work in a timely manner and meets all deadlines.
  • Maintains all information confidential.
  • Provides a broad range of administrative functions.
  • Maintains comprehensive communication among all contacts (internal and external).
  • Models professional standards and ethics in accordance with WNMU philosophy.
