Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct oversight and support to clients/patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout daily activities.
Monitorvital signs and health indicators,determiningwhen toescalate tomedicalinterventionas necessary.
Facilitategroup education and structured activities, promoting engagement and recovery skills among clients/patients.
Document and report any exceptional behaviors or areas of concern related to clients/patients.
Assistclients/patients with personal care needs, including grooming, bathing, and dressing whenrequired.
Maintainaccuraterecords of medication administration andmonitorself-administration of medications by clients.
Participateas an active member of the treatment team, helping toidentifyclients' strengths and needs.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including medication storage and documentation protocols.
Provide transportation for clients/patients to appointments as needed.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested by supervisors.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employment.
Experience in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
For St. Louis County Programs: Bachelor's Degree, or MAADC I or II.
For Residential Care Facility (RCF): Become credentialed as a Level 1 Med Aid (LIMA) and be Insulin Certified within the first ninety (90) days in position.

Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.
Completion of mandatorytrainingwithin the requiredtime frame.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age tooperatea company-owned vehicle.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing arerequiredonly occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
