Job Title: Adjunct Instructor of Trumpet
Rank: Adjunct Instructor
The College of Wooster seeks applications for a part-time trumpet instructor beginning August, 2022. Primary duties include teaching weekly applied lessons to both music majors and non-majors, and a biennial trumpet methods course for music education students. There are opportunities for recitals and other collaborative performances.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Master's degree required. Candidate must demonstrate evidence of successful performance and teaching, as well as the ability to be a congenial colleague. Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining students is highly desired.
Start Date: August 24, 2022
Application Deadline: Screening will begin immediately and will continue until a qualified candidate is selected, with preference given to applications received before June 20, 2022.
