We are currently looking to hire an Executive Protection Agent to join our team embedded with our client in Seattle! This position requires working onsite at our client's office in Seattle, WA.
*This is a part-time position with a one-month probationary period, with the potential to transition to full-time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide executive protection and secure transportation services for a designated principal. Operate as part of an embedded security team to ensure the principal's safety, privacy, and freedom of movement while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service at the workplace, during travel, and at scheduled engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with the principal, co-workers, management, clients, and external partners in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, client protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Provide executive protection services to the principal, ensuring their safety, security, privacy, and freedom of movement through a low-profile, customer service-oriented approach.
  • Provide secure transportation for the principal as assigned, including route planning, vehicle inspections, defensive driving, and advance preparation.
  • Conduct protective advances, site assessments, and route reconnaissance to identify and mitigate potential risks before movements, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain a protective presence at the principal's residence, workplace, hotels, and other assigned locations, monitoring access points, alarm systems, surveillance equipment, and surrounding activity as appropriate.
  • Maintain constant situational awareness by identifying, assessing, and responding appropriately to potential threats, suspicious activity, security incidents, medical emergencies, and other evolving situations.
  • Coordinate effectively with other Executive Protection personnel, residential security teams, corporate security, venue staff, and emergency responders to ensure seamless protective operations.
  • Maintain assigned vehicles, communications equipment, medical equipment, and other protective assets in a state of operational readiness.
  • Complete accurate and timely post logs, incident reports, shift handover notes, and other required documentation.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the executive protection program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license (or ability to obtain one within the required timeframe) with a clean driving record.
  • Valid Washington State Armed Security Guard License (or ability to obtain prior to assignment).
  • Current firearms qualification and demonstrated proficiency with assigned duty weapon.
  • Two or more years of experience in executive protection, armed protective services, law enforcement, military, or a related protective security role.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, remain calm under pressure, and make effective decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Formal Executive Protection and/or Protective Driving certification from a recognized training provider.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
  • Experience providing protection for corporate executives or high-profile principals.
  • Experience conducting protective advances, route planning, and travel security operations.
  • Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), or equivalent medical training.
