Overview

Reset Merchandiser Day Shift

Join SPAR's Growing Reset & Remodel Team!

SPAR is expanding our traveling Reset & Remodel Merchandising team! If you have experience in merchandising, store resets, remodels, fixture installation, construction, or general labor, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career while traveling with a professional team.

As a Reset Merchandiser, you will work on day shift remodeling the interiors of major retail stores. Responsibilities include building and installing shelving and fixtures, completing merchandise resets, and ensuring stores are ready for business. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality results.

What You'll Do

  • Travel with a team to complete retail store remodels and resets
  • Build, assemble, and install retail shelving, fixtures, and displays
  • Execute planograms and merchandise resets according to client specifications
  • Update store signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Work closely with teammates and store management
  • Perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in merchandising, resets, remodels or fixture installation preferred
  • Planogram experience is a plus
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Willingness to travel extensively, typically remaining on the road for 4-6 weeks at a time
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Smartphone and valid email address required for reporting and communication
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Travel Requirements

This position requires extensive travel throughout multiple states. Team members generally travel together and remain on projects for 4-6 weeks at a time before returning home. SPAR provides hotel accommodations, mileage reimbursement, drive time pay, meal per diem, and approved travel expenses.
