Part-Time Transportation DriverMake a Difference Before the School Day Ends!
Pay: $15.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Part-Time | 25-29 Hours Per Week (or as needed)
Start: ASAP
Location: Hampton Roads Area
Do you enjoy driving, working with kids, and making a positive impact in your community? We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded Transportation Driver to help transport youth ages 6-18 from school to after-school programs and local field trips.
This is more than just a driving job. You'll be a friendly face at the end of a student's school day and play an important role in creating a safe, positive, and supportive experience for young people.
What You'll Do
  • Safely transport youth to and from schools, program locations, and special events.
  • Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for passengers.
  • Ensure all riders follow vehicle safety rules and expectations.
  • Supervise youth during loading, unloading, and transportation.
  • Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
  • Monitor fuel, fluid levels, and vehicle cleanliness.
  • Report accidents, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Assist with occasional deliveries of supplies and donations.
  • Support special events, field trips, and other transportation needs.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience (personal and/or professional).
  • Clean driving record (DMV printout required).
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint screening.
