About the Team:

The Ballpark Operation department is made up of the Security, Maintenance, Grounds, Ops Team and Guest Services event staff groups.  All of these groups are an essential part of the event day experience. You will enjoy being part of an iconic franchise in the Sports world.

About the Role:

The Maintenance department is seeking part-time seasonal support with the daily systems operations. This position will assist with ensuring all shifts are scheduled, arranging training and special events coverage, adjusting daily schedules of employees to meet staffing needs and reviewing the department email inbox to respond to employee inquiries. This position requires a high level of flexibility and does require onsite presence during the season. 

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because....

  • You will provide great customer service to employees and ensure that questions/concerns are being addressed as it relates to timekeeping systems and time off requests
  • You will be the first point of contact for systems questions for employees
  • You will assist with troubleshooting systems issues and escalate when needed
  • You assist with auditing and maintaining the information in ABI to ensure accurate headcount, and contact information for all maintenance employees
  • You will assist in staffing schedules to meet the changing demands of Operations and events.
  • You will assist with generating requested reports
  • You will support processing employee timesheets in ABI on a biweekly basis and connect with management on reoccurring payroll errors
  • You will assist with hiring initiatives by reviewing resumes and contacting potential candidates to schedule interviews
  • You will follow-up and process on schedule change requests
  • You will contact employees when necessary for questions, and/or clarification
  • You will work in a fast pace working environment that's subject to multiple schedule changes and requires immediate attention to accuracy
  • You will assist in general ongoing communication to staff
  • You will assist with employee uniform distribution
  • You will provide translation of employee communication as needed
  • Other projects/duties as assigned

  • You are flexible and willing to work in non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings
  • You have experience with ABI timekeeping system (Preferred) 
  • You have effective oral and written communication skills (English/Spanish - required)
  • You are action orientated and have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • You are adaptable to multiple changes and have solid organizational skills
  • You have strong problem-solving skills
