A Day in the Life of a Group Fitness Coach
As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach, you'll deliver high-energy boxing fitness classes that challenge and inspire members of all fitness levels. You'll coach classes using
Stretchlab programming while creating a motivating atmosphere that keeps members engaged and excited to return.
In addition to coaching classes, you'll support studio operations by assisting members, answering questions, helping with client retention, and maintaining studio cleanliness and organization. You'll also represent the Stretchlab brand professionally at local events and promotional activities within the community.
Qualifications for Our Personal Trainer Position
We're looking for a fitness professional with:

โ€ข Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA preferred)
โ€ข Strong group fitness coaching abilities
โ€ข Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
โ€ข Ability to motivate clients in a fast-paced fitness environment
