About the Role

North Hill is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-time Waitstaff to join our vibrant team in Needham, MA. As a Waitstaff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, contributing directly to their well-being and satisfaction.

Schedule: Part-Time - at least 3 shifts per week: 2x weekdays, 1x weekends

Hours: Monday -Saturday 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. , Sunday 11 a.m. -4 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents in a pleasant manner.

  • Comply with dress codes, attendance and shift requirements.

  • Complete tasks as assigned by the manager.

Education/Experience
  • Will train but excellent customer skills.
