This role leads guided tours, shares stories about Rock City's unique attractions, and helps guests make the most of their visit while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead guided tours for guests, school groups, and special events.
  • Share stories and information about Rock City Gardens' history, legends, attractions, and scenic views.
  • Create engaging, interactive experiences for guests of all ages.
  • Answer questions and provide directions, recommendations, and assistance throughout the tour.
  • Help maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Assist with special events and guest activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
