What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll be the face of our community - guiding people through the leasing process and making sure current residents feel taken care of.
Leasing & Sales
  • Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins, and turn interest into signed leases
  • Lead property tours that highlight what makes the community stand out
  • Use strong sales skills to help hit occupancy goals
  • Prepare accurate, compliant lease agreements and keep resident files complete
  • Follow up with prospects so good leads don't fall through the cracks

Resident Experience
  • Be the go-to person for prospective and current residents
  • Make move-ins smooth, organized, and welcoming
  • Manage renewals to keep retention strong
  • Help plan community events that bring residents together
  • Handle questions and concerns with patience and professionalism

Operations & Compliance
  • Keep resident records current in Yardi and CRM IQ
  • Run credit and background checks on applicants
  • Track rental rates, occupancy, and leasing performance
  • Collect rent, fees, and security deposits
  • Stay compliant with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and DRE requirements
  • Submit and follow up on maintenance requests
  • Walk the property regularly and flag anything that needs attention

Marketing & Community Presence
  • Keep vacant units polished and tour-ready
  • Contribute ideas to social media and outreach efforts
  • Keep listings and signage accurate and up to date
  • Use company-approved AI tools to work more efficiently - while keeping data privacy and company standards front and center
