PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health


Location: Eastern Oklahoma (territory assigned based on your home location)

Schedule: PRN/ Part-Time | Flexible Daytime Hours


Position Overview:

We are a growing Oklahoma-based home health agency expanding our clinical team across Eastern Oklahoma. We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who values autonomy, flexibility, and relationship-based patient care.


This position offers flexible scheduling, and territory assignment based on your location to help minimize drive time. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes

• Perform assessments and develop plans of care

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license

• Current BLS certification
