Job description

Team Members to serve in a variety of part-time roles, including greeting and serving guests in our live entertainment theater. The ideal candidates have experience in the food and beverage and retail service industries and/or working in theaters or concert halls. Responsibilities include greeting guests, receiving and serving orders, ticket purchases, and escorting guests to their assigned seats. The successful candidates must have impeccable customer service skills and be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail in multiple job roles.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greeting guests, taking and serving orders, or escorting guests to their assigned seats (Ushering)
  • Maintaining knowledge of current Concession and Retail products, Ticket options and their prices as well as the layout of the Theater
  • Operate Point of Sale systems and ensure proper cash/credit handling

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid state driver's license
  • Must be an upbeat and energetic team member with strong customer service skills
  • Extremely organized with strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under significant pressure typically associated with the live events
  • Must be able to get along well with all levels of the organization and excel in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Possess maturity, patience, and good temperament
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict
  • Periodic carrying and lifting of inventory (50+ pounds)
