Minimum Qualifications
The qualifications to be considered as a part-time lecturer are substantial work experience in the instructional field and a master's degree in Marketing or a related field of study from an accredited institution.
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications
At the time of hire applicants should have at least four (4) years of professional experience in a mid-level or higher position related to the lecturer's instructional field.
Preferred Qualification
Teaching experience is desirable, as well as ability to use technology to support teaching and learning. Primary responsibilities include junior and senior courses in the undergraduate marketing program and coordinating meetings with the departmental chair/faculty as required. Ideal candidates are collegial and engaged team players, enjoy outstanding teaching and oral/written communication skills, and have genuine appreciation of cultural diversity.
