Job description

We are currently looking for an Office Support to work in a warehouse environment in Deerfield Beach to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in the office as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. This person will also to work in the warehouse picking and completing orders.


Part time temp to perm (Monday – Friday) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Competence with computers - MUST be able to use Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
  • Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Picking orders as requested.
  • Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
