Description
The Marquardt , an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.
Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

  • Full-time or Part-time positions available (0.6 FTE or higher)
  • AM, PM or NOC shifts available
  • $35.50-$45.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
  • Eligible for Sign On Bonus
The Registered Nurse works in our skilled nursing home and is responsible for identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the fulfillment of resident's total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin or actively pursuing RN degree.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
