What is a part time telephonic RN health coach?

A Part Time Telephonic RN Health Coach is a registered nurse who provides health coaching, guidance, and support to patients over the phone. They help individuals manage chronic conditions, improve lifestyle habits, and understand their treatment plans without the need for in-person visits. This role typically involves assessing patient needs, offering education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
