OverviewUnder direct supervision operate the hospital telecommunications center, maintain a smooth and effective flow of external/internal communications and perform guest relation functions.Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
  • At least 6 months of switchboard operations and/or experience as an information receptionist preferred
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to compose and send emails
  • Ability to transport items using a cart (e.g., delivering flowers to patient rooms)
  • Ability to assist with patient and visitor transport, including pushing wheelchairs
  • Commitment to and adherence to Talent+ standards
