Supervision & Safety: Maintain strict auditory and visual line-of-sight monitoring of the youth to preserve an emotionally and physically safe atmosphere.

Behavioral Support & De-Escalation: Assess adolescent behaviors with high empathy and self-control, effectively utilizing learned de-escalation techniques when a youth is in distress.

Daily Milieu Operations: Support youth through structured activities, educational schoolwork, life skills coaching, and daily household chores (including meal preparation monitoring and cleanliness).

Intake, Discharge & Logistics: Conduct program orientations for newly arriving youth, manage secure medication dispensing, and safely transport residents to external community activities or appointments.

Clinical Documentation: Accurately chart daily shift logs, track behavior data, and write clear informational/incident reports in compliance with state regulations.
