Job description

Are you experienced in supporting individuals with Autism? We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable professional to provide home-based support for children with Autism.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies to help the teen develop skills and independence

  • Support learning and daily routines at home sessions

  • Work closely with the family to maintain a positive and supportive setting

  • Accurately record progress and observations

Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism in home, school, or similar settings (preferred)

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable

  • Comfortable working independently in home settings
