Location: Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Rd & Loop 101)
Compensation: $19.00 โ€“ $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Thursday | 5:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM
No weekends. No major holidays.

Overview

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Front-End Team in Scottsdale, AZ for late afternoon and evening shifts. This is a non-retail, patient-focused compounding pharmacy role ideal for someone looking for part-time evening hours in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and provide professional customer service to physicians

  • Receive prescriptions and accurately enter data into pharmacy software

  • Fill prescriptions and prepare medications for shipment

  • Complete labels, logs, and required documentation

  • Assist couriers and physicians with medication pickups

  • Process transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system

  • Stock shipping supplies and maintain inventory

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant

  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications

Required:

  • Pharmacy Technician Trainee License required (PTCB certification preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn pharmacy software systems

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center environments

  • Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience
