Job description

About the role
Energize your career and inspire others through movement! HealthFitness is seeking passionate part-time Group Fitness Instructors-including those available to teach one class per week and talented substitute instructors-to join our dynamic fitness team at a leading client site in Boston, MA.
Hours of Operation:
Mondays - Fridays 6:00AM - 7:00PM
Peak Group Class times:
8:00AM
11:00AM - 1:00PM
5:00PM - 6:00PM
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $55/hr - $70/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
