All City Management Services is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and support our School Crossing Guard program in North Olathe. This hands-on leadership position combines employee support, community engagement, and field operations to help ensure students travel safely to and from school every day.
What You'll Do
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach School Crossing Guards
  • Provide daily support and field supervision
  • Conduct site visits, safety observations, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate staffing and schedules
